: The study will be conducted in accordance with guidelines of the Good Clinical Practice and principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The study protocol has been peer-reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee for Biomedical Research at Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Kaunas, Lithuania (Protocol code BE-2-9). Informed consent will be obtained from all participants. All participants are informed of the possibility to withdraw from the study at any time. The data collected will be stored in the LUHS archive files for at least five years in a secure area (in a safe). To protect the privacy, anonymity and confidentiality of individuals, all data collected during the survey will be depersonalised. The data will be stored and analysed in a statistical database. Access to the database will be provided to authorised research personnel.
