: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the latest version of the Declaration of Helsinki (2013) and was approved by the local Ethics Committee at the Veneto Institute of Oncology (IOV), which is accredited by the Ministry of Health as a Scientific Institute for research, hospitalization and healthcare. The informed consent form was submitted and approved by the Ethics Committee. As per protocol and given the nature of this study, the written informed consent was waived if the patient resulted dead or unreachable, in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation n. 679/2016 of the Italian Regulation. The Ethics Committee approved the protocol including the section related to the consent to participate of living, dead or unreachable patients.
