: Normal breast and breast cancer (BC) TMAs were obtained from the Susan G. Komen Tissue Bank at IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center (KTB) under Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocol #1011003097 and IUSCCC Tissue Procurement and Distribution Core under IRB protocol #11438, respectively. Specimens were collected upon informed consent of either healthy volunteer women (KTB) or breast cancer cases.
