: The London Neurodegenerative Disease Brain Bank operates under a license from the UK Human Tissue Authority and all cases are collected with informed consent. FTLD and control skin cells and iPSCs are produced with approval from the UCL National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and the Institute of Neurology joint research ethics committee number 09/H0716/64 (dated January 2009). All methods were carried out in accordance with the UK Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986.
