: OAF is a senior lecturer in Agricultural and Food Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Uyo, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He is a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a member of several professional bodies which include The American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE), The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), The Nigerian Institution of Agricultural Engineers (NIAE), and The Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST). He teaches and supervises students at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.KEA is a graduate of Food Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Uyo, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
