Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was approved by a research ethics committee of the School of Public Health, University of São Paulo (Number 48307). We selected the health professionals who were willing to participate voluntarily in a digitally recorded interview and systematic observation, under the “Ethics, consent and permissions” heading for studies involving human participants. In addition, users agreed to authorize the use of written systematic observations.
