This study was approved by both the Medical Research Coordinating Committee at the National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR and the College Review Board at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University and given approval number NIMR/HQ/R.8a/Vol.IX/2794 and 2291, respectively. Participants and sites for this study were purposively selected to ensure that the study objective is addressed. The criteria for selection were based on the constant availability of food vendors and the customers. The purposively selection of participants was followed by signing the informed consent which described the project and rights of the participants. All the forms were collected and have been stored for submission.
