: All participants provided signed informed consent (parent) and assent (child) to participate in the parent study, Summer Harvest Adventure. In addition, to be included in this subproject, parents provided written informed consent for themselves and/or their child to provide a biospecimen sample and child participants provided their assent to provide biospecimen samples. All sample collection methods were carried out in accordance with the United States Department of Health and Human Services code 45 CFR 46 - Protection of Human Subjects, the Revised Common Rule, and all institutional guidelines and regulations.
