The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board ERES Converge (12 August 2020) in Zambia and by the University of the Western Cape’s Humanities and Social Sciences Research Ethics Committee (HSSREC) in South Africa (Reference Number: HS20/6/19). In this study, humans were not directly involved, and no clinical data were used.
