: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of the College of Health Sciences, Mettu University. Then an official letter of cooperation was taken from the Mettu University College of Health Science Ethical Review Committee and submitted to the Mettu town health office. Before the interview, informed consent was obtained from all study participants after information was provided about the nature and objective of the study. Participants were informed that they have the full right to discontinue or refuse to participate in the study. They were informed that all data obtained from them would be kept confidential. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. During data collection, all the necessary precautions for COVID-19 prevention were maintained by all members of the data collection team to ensure the safety of respondents.
