: The Institutional Review Board at Hamad Medical Corporation deemed the study exempt from ethical approval. Consequently, the Medical Research Center of Hamad Medical Corporation granted approval for this study (MRC-01-19-091) under exempt category 3. This is based on the study’s retrospective analysis of existing data, which does not entail direct contact with human participants, interventions, or influence on patient care decisions. The data was obtained from medical records and was maintained in an anonymized and deidentified format. The analysis excluded any personal identifiers or sensitive information that could potentially reveal the identities of the individual participants. Our study adhered to the fundamental ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and other relevant guidelines.
