She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, Canada.Mr. Doug Lawson has a graduate degree in Medical Science (Medical Education) and helps with statistical analyses at the CSHP, Calgary, AB, Canada.Dr. Penny Werthner is a Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, Canada.Dr. Charles Samuels is a Medical Director at the CSHP, Calgary, AB, Canada.
