: The GASTRIC study was approved on April 18, 2018, by the University of the West of England (Reference HAS.18.04.144), and Health Research Authority approved (Reference 244006) was received for the conduct of the focus groups on NHS sites. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study.

: Lyvonne Tume is an NIHR HTA panel member.
