: STS is associate editor of the <i>Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy</i> and has received grants from the Lundbeck Foundation, personal fees from Munksgaard, all of which are outside the submitted work. He is co-founder of the Good Life with Osteoarthritis in Denmark (GLA:D®), a not-for profit initiative hosted at the University of Southern Denmark aimed at implementing clinical guidelines for osteoarthritis in clinical practice. JH is chief investigator or coinvestigator on multiple previous and current research grants from government research agencies and charities in Denmark and internationally. His travel expenses have been covered when he has been invited speaker at conferences, and he has received honoraria for talks, reviewing of grants, and theses.
