The study was approved by the regional ethics committee for medical and health research and hospitals’ managers (Ref: 2016/1102/REC/west) prior to study start. The hospitals data privacy Ombudsmen further reviewed the projects data handling (Ref: eProtokoll 1218-1218). Patients were given verbal and written information about the study at recruitment. The participants were informed that their participation in the study was voluntary, and that they could withdraw at any time without consequences. All participants signed an informed consent form.
