: All the ethical guidelines and principles placed in the Declaration of Helsinki and others, essential to address the ethical aspects of the research commenced in humans were taken into account. Accordingly, primarily an ethical approval letter was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Pharma College (Reference Number: P/C/H/C/225/13). Formal permission was also obtained from Sidama regional Health Bureau, Tula Sub City Health Office, and from each selected kebeles administration. The study participant was informed about the objective, rationale, and expected outcome of the study. Verbal consent was obtained either to participate or refuse the interview and the information collected was kept strictly confidential. The ethics committees had approved the verbal consent procedure.
