: <i>Khadijeh Jafari</i> is a lecturer in the English Department at Gorgan Islamic Azad University, Golestan Province, Iran. She holds a PhD in TESL from University of Malaya, Malaysia. She has been the supervisor and advisor for master thesis in ELT since 2012. Her main research interests include L2 listening and grammar, vocabulary learning strategies, language assessment and qualitative research methods.<i>Iran Bakhshandeh-Rostami</i> received her MA degree from Gorgan Islamic Azad University, Golestan Province, Iran in 2016. In 2004, she and her colleagues established a private English language institute in Behshahr, Mazandaran Province, Iran. Currently, she is teaching English at various levels at the institute. Also, she serves as the director of the institute. She also taught general English courses at the university level. Her research interests include cooperative language learning, psycholinguistics, grammar and explicit/implicit language learning.
