: The study plan and consent to participate were reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of Peking University, School and Hospital of Stomatology (in 2011, it was implemented as a filing system, but there was no serial number). All patients signed an informed consent form prior to treatment and signed the consent statement for patient photographs used in the paper.
