: The study was reviewed and approved by the research ethics committee of the Provincial Health Department of Savannakhet and the Provincial Health Department of Quang Tri. Human sample analysis was approved by the ethics committee, Institute of Tropical Medicine, Nagasaki University (10121662-5).
