Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The ethical approval was obtained from International Review committee of Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences/ Dhulikhel Hospital (IRC-KUSMS) (Approval number: 19/16). The participants were informed about the study details, time requirement, voluntary participation, benefits and risks, and right to withdraw during the study.
