Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The ethical approval was taken from the Institutional Review Committee of Nobel College, Affliliated to Pokhara University, Kathmandu, Province No. 3, Nepal. The ethical approval reference number was EPY IRC 216/2018. The study was conducted only after getting permission from the IRC. Permission to conduct the study at the oncology-based hospital was obtained from respective Department of Medical Oncology.Before the data collection, formal permission was obtained from each participant and the participants were informed about the purpose and objectives of the study. Privacy and confidentiality were maintained by not disclosing the name of the participants and ensuring them, that collected information was used only for the research purpose. Human rights and justice were maintained as respecting all respondents with due respect.
