: The study was conducted on green mold fungus (<i>Trichoderma aggresssivum</i> f. <i>aggressivum</i>) and the bacterial isolates (<i>Bacillus subtilis</i>, <i>Stenotrophomonas maltophilia</i>, <i>Pseudomonas rhodesiae</i>, <i>Bacillus amyloliquefaciens</i>) isolated from mushroom compost. These microorganisms are common in mushroom compost and in the environment and do not require ethical approval.
