: This study was carried out after obtaining ethical approval from Mekelle University, College of Health Science office of Health Research Ethics Review Committee (HRERC) with the reference number of Notification of Expedited Approval ERC 1301/2019. Permission letter was obtained from Mekelle University to Psychiatric clinics, and finally, the letter was distributed to health professionals who work in the neurologic clinics and data collectors. A verbal and then written consent form were taken from each participant. For those aged from 12 to 17, written assent was taken from their relatives that s/he comes with them. An information sheet was attached to each questionnaire to provide study details & to tell the rights of the participants.
