: Approval was granted by the Ethics Committee of University of Khartoum, Faculty of Pharmacy, Research Board (No. KH-15-25-3-2019), and from the Ministry of Health, Research Department. Permission was also granted by the authorities of the neurology clinic at each participating hospital. The study was performed in line with the principles of the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study after explaining the rationale behind the research. Voluntary participation was assured and confidentiality and anonymity of participants' information were ensured by using a coded data collection sheet.
