: Study aim, objectives, and design were explained to the children’s caregivers and written informed consent was given prior to enrollment in the study. They were also informed that they can withdraw from the study at any time without any negative effect on their relationship with the health care providers. The consent was done in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the ethical committee of the faculty of medicine, Ain Shams University. This was organized and operated according to guidelines of the international council on harmonization (ICH) Anesthesiology and the Islamic organization for Medical sciences (IOMS) at the United States offices for human research protections and the United States code of Federal Regulations and operates under Federal Wide assurance.
