Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All procedures performed in the study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. Specific ethical committee approval is not required in case reports.
: Verbal informed consent was obtained from the patient’s guardian (son) for publication when we were intending to write the case report. After follow-up for 2 years till 2018, she was lost to follow-up and the contact number of her son (officially registered in our centre’s electronic data system and in her governmental papers) is out of service till now. That is why written consent was not obtained.
