: This study was ethically approved by the ethical committee of MRI and the Faculty of Medicine in Alexandria University [IRB No. 00007555 - FWA No. 00015712]. Patients and their relatives were informed about the objective of the study and their consents were taken prior to the inclusion of this study.It was an informed written consent that was obtained from all participants prior to their inclusion in the study, according to the ethical guidelines of the Medical Research Institute Alexandria University (Informed Written Consent for patient participation in a Clinical Research 2011).
