: The quantitative components of the evaluation study were reviewed and approved by the Urban Institute Institutional Review Board. The focus group component was reviewed and approved by the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh Institutional Review Board. All participants consented to participate in this program and its evaluation. Every participant provided two signed consent forms: one to take their photos and use data about them including demographic information and disease status; a second to register their beneficiary card that included information about their weight gain, home visit schedule, and food basket delivery. This research conformed to the principles of the Helsinki declaration.
