: Dr. Nelson has served as a consultant for RTI. The BREAST-Q is jointly owned by the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and the University of British Columbia. Dr. Stern has equity in MirrorMe3D. Dr. Pusic is a co-developer of the BREAST-Q and, as such, receives a share of any license revenues when the BREAST-Q is used in industry-sponsored clinical trials. The BREAST-Q is provided free of charge for academic research and use in clinical practice by health care providers with individual patients. The remaining authors declare no conflicts of interest
