: The data for this study were collected from participants with their informed consent. Participants were assured that their responses would remain anonymous and confidential, and they were given the option to decline or withdraw from the survey at any point without penalty. The data used in this study were collected through an online survey distributed among social media users in India aged 18–25. The dataset includes responses related to digital consent, privacy concerns, and legal awareness. Due to privacy considerations and the confidentiality assured to survey participants, the raw data will not be publicly available. However, aggregated data and summary statistics can be shared upon reasonable request to the authors, provided such sharing complies with ethical guidelines and participant anonymity is maintained.
