: Drs. Jeong, Hayflick, and Hogarth are co‐inventors on a patent application for the PKAN biomarker set. Drs. Hayflick and Sibon are co‐inventors on a patent application for 4′‐phosphopantetheine for use in disorders exclusive of PKAN. Dr. Sibon is a co‐inventor on a patent application for acetyl‐4′‐phosphopantetheine for use in PKAN and in related disorders. Dr. Hayflick is a non‐compensated member of the Scientific Advisory Board of BioPontis Alliance, a non‐profit organization. Drs. Hayflick and Hogarth are non‐compensated members of the Scientific and Medical Advisory Board of the NBIA Disorders Association, a non‐profit lay advocacy organization.
