ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE
: Research protocol no. 26-KE dated April 10, 2019, was approved by the Ethics Committee of Komisarenko Institute of Endocrinology and Metabolism of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. All patients signed informed consent for the use of biomaterials for further diagnostic and scientific research. The following principles of bioethics were adhered to during the research: the main provisions of the Council of Europe Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine of April 4, 1997, good clinical practice (Good Clinical Practice, GCP) of 1996, the Declaration of Helsinki of the World Medical Association on the Ethical Principles of Conducting Scientific Medical Research Involving Human Subjects (1964–2000), and the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine no. 281 of November 1, 2000.
