: SHERPA, our novel method for analyzing EEG/ERP data using SHAP values, is named after the Sherpa people of the Himalayas, who have a long history of guiding climbers to the world’s highest peaks. Our method is designed to provide researchers with a reliable and efficient tool for navigating the complex landscape of ERP data, much like the Sherpa approach to mountaineering. The name SHERPA is a homage to the Sherpa people’s deep understanding of their environment, their precise navigation skills, and their rich cultural heritage.
